If your PS Vita there are any problems with the software, try to reset it to factory settings. This procedure is run as follows:
Turn off the PSP. If it is stuck and won't turn off, then hold down the power button for 30 seconds and the console will shut down forcefully.
Hold down the buttons "PS", "R" and "power" for about 5 seconds
Vita your PSP will boot in safe mode.
