Reset to factory settings (wipe)

A reset may erase data and settings. Back up important data and check the manufacturer’s requirements first.

`Attention! If the device was introduced to a google account after the reset to factory settings via recovery menu, your phone will require her to enter for activation.`

To reset on a Samsung A10 2019, you must log into recovery and perform a wipe. This is done by the following algorithm:

  1. Turn off the phone. If it's locked and off, press and hold the button "Volume -" and "Power" for 8-9 seconds.
  2. Then simultaneously press and hold both "Volume +" and "Power"
  3. After 5 seconds release the button "Power". The button "Volume +" hold until recovery menu (5-10 seconds)
  4. Buttons "Volume +" and "Volume -" to select "wipe data/factory reset" and confirm your selection by "Power"
  5. Then select "Yes" and confirm the selection by pressing "Power"
  6. After reset, select "reboot system now"

The phone will reboot with default settings.
