Reset smartphone Lenovo A2010 as follows:

Turn off the phone
Hold the button "Volume +" and the button "Enable"
After a while you will see a menu "Select Boot Mode"
The button "Volume +", select [Recovery Mode] and confirm with the button "Volume -"
After the advent of Android with open belly and exclamation mark press the button "Power","Volume +" and "Volume -" ( on some firmwares consistently "Power" and "Volume +")
After the appearance of the recovery menu with volume buttons select "wipe data/factory reset" and confirm with the button "Enable"
In the next menu — item "Yes — delete all user data" and confirm with the button "Enable"
The phone performs a factory reset of the phone, then displays the first menu as below will appear stating "Data wipe complete". Now select "reboot system now" to reboot.
