If the iPhone 11 freezes and does not respond to any manipulations, or for no reason it stops turning on and reacting to the charger, you can try to restart it by performing the so-called Soft reset. Soft reset is a normal reset of the device. As if you took out the battery and inserted it back, it will not delete any data. All information in your phone will be saved.
To perform soft reset on Iphone 11 follow these steps:
Briefly press the "Volume +" button
Then briefly "Volume -"
And then press the "Power@ button
Hold the "Power" button until the Apple logo appears( about 10 seconds later)
If the device does not have any software or hardware problems it should start in standard operating mode
